Welcome to EZ-Realty.net "Sandbox" Try Out Site

Come play in the Sandbox!

This is the EZ-Realty.net "Sandbox" web site, where you can look at available themes, try out modules and blocks. If you do not currently have an EZ-Realty-net site, you can use this site to see how the site overall works before you sign up for EZ-Realty. If you are a current EZ-Realty.net client you can use this site to try things out without messing up your existing site.

The contents of this site will be 'reset' to it's original form every night at approximately 3AM Pacific Time. Please use accordingly.

If you would like to test Administrative functions, please login with username: admin with password admin.
If you would like to test Registered User functions, create your own account or log in as usernameIamUser with password IamUser(case sensitive).

Each of the menu links listed have the name of the "module" used in parentheses, to help you know what module does what.

You can easily view all the themes available on this site by logging in and using the "ThemeChanger" that will appear in the upper right after you log in.

Lastly, this is by no means to be considered a "Showcase" site; there's far too many options installed for it to be at all organized attractively.

Enjoy yourself! Don't worry about messing anything up, that's what it's here for.

WHAT IS AN 'AS IS' HOME SALE?
Most home buyers who sign that printed form presented by their realty agent have no clue it really means the seller won't pay to repair even obvious defects in the house or condo.

"What you see is what you get" is another way of describing an "as is" home sale.

However, I must hasten to add that sellers of "as is" homes must still disclose to their buyers any known defects in the house. An "as is" home sale is not an excuse for the seller to avoid disclosing existing defects of which the seller is aware.
